Solutions Engineer

Help customers get up and running - device integration, onboarding, and making sure they get proper value from the platform.

About the role

You'd be the bridge between our customers and the engineering team. Fleet operators come to LOQATE with different setups - different GPS devices, different use cases, different levels of technical ability. Your role is to help them get integrated, troubleshoot issues, and make sure they're getting the most out of the platform. You'll need to be technical enough to debug device connectivity and comfortable enough to run an onboarding call.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through platform setup
  • Troubleshoot GPS device connectivity and data issues
  • Create documentation, guides, and integration examples
  • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to the product team
  • Build internal tools and scripts to improve the support workflow

What we're looking for

  • Technical background - comfortable reading logs and basic debugging
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Ability to explain complex systems in plain language
  • Self-motivated and organised - you'll manage your own workload

Bonus points

  • Experience with GPS tracking, telematics, or IoT devices
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and webhook integrations
  • Background in fleet management, logistics, or field services
