Frontend Engineer (React)
Build the dashboard our customers live in - live maps, fleet management, analytics, and everything in between.
About the role
Our dashboard is where fleet operators spend their day - tracking vehicles in real time, reviewing trip history, managing geofences, and analysing fleet performance. It's built with Next.js, React 19, and Tailwind CSS. Maps are powered by Leaflet, charts by Recharts, and server state by TanStack Query. You'd own features from design collaboration through to production.
What you'll do
- —Build and maintain React components for the fleet management dashboard
- —Work on real-time map interfaces with Leaflet and live position data
- —Implement data visualisation for fleet analytics and trip history
- —Collaborate with design on new features and improve existing UX
- —Ensure the dashboard is fast, accessible, and works well on all devices
What we're looking for
- —Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- —Comfortable with Next.js App Router and server components
- —Experience building data-heavy interfaces - tables, charts, maps
- —Good eye for design and attention to UI detail
- —Ability to work independently and ship complete features
Bonus points
- —Experience with mapping libraries (Leaflet, Mapbox, Google Maps)
- —Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
- —Interest in real-time systems and WebSocket/SSE patterns
